ANGLO Dutch ice cream to detergents giant Uniliver is hoping to clean up with a £360 million acquisition. It has agreed to buy the majority of the worldwide business and assets of Canadian based Diversey, one of the world's leading industrial and institutional cleaning products businesses. With its headquarters near Toronto, Diversey specialises in the food and beverage industries in north America, Europe, Japan and emerging markets.
