Esat Telecom has announced a $25 million (A28 million) investment in the first of three planned Internet exchange centres in Dublin. Based at the National Digital Park in Dublin's City West business campus, the 40,000 sq. ft premises will operate as a "hub" allowing companies to offer web hosting and provide application services throughout Europe without having an on-the-ground presence in the region.
